Since 2012, bouwens& may call Van Doorne, a leading firm of lawyers, notaries, and fiscal specialists, their client. As Facility Manager, Marion Verbunt is responsible for the creation and implementation of the firm’s corona policy. This policy is focused primarily on relieving her colleagues from part of their workload and maintaining the excellent service towards the client.

“When it became clear that our people would be forced to work from home, we quickly supplied them with all the necessary technical support”, says Verbunt. “All notaries were enabled to pass documents at home, preventing this side of our operation coming to a halt.”

Verbunt says that since the first national intelligent lockdown, there has been daily internal communication on the matter. “In a daily corona news bulletin we inform the staff on relevant news and bring some lighter information as well. Our managing partner provides the introduction, without exception! We are really happy with her involvement, especially with her Friday Spotify playlist full of great music. The bulletin offers a mix of motivational and inspirational pieces, practical information, and light articles, all helpful in times like this.”
