Pride Amsterdam from the 1st to the 6st of August 2023 is not just any event. It symbolises the open and tolerant city that Amsterdam wants to be. The meaning of Pride - the freedom to be yourself - ties in with what we at bouwens& stand for.
As a company of and for people, bouwens& has been a supporter of Pride Amsterdam and its ideals for many years. In everything our employees do, they want to treat others as they themselves want to be treated. You see this manners not only in the way we interact with each other, but also with our clients and their employees and visitors.
Diversity and inclusiveness
Our clients include employees from diverse backgrounds. This mix reflects not only our long-standing focus on diversity, but also the recognition that a broad, diverse group of employees is important for our corporate culture and service delivery with our clients.
We strive to employ people from underrepresented groups and backgrounds. By mentoring and encouraging women, people of all races and backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities, we leverage the unique strengths and experiences of talented people.
Armonia
