BOVAG - umbrella organization for the mobility industry - has mobilized bouwens& to provide professional reception services as well as meeting centre support. The bouwens& specialists have recently started working at BOVAG’s Bunnik office.
Stability and continuity

This allows us to offer our guests and employees the same high level of service and support throughout the year”, says Wijnmaalen.
Completely care free
Another request was to reorganize and optimize the planning for BOVAG’s meeting centre. This was realized in close cooperation with the internal BOVAG team. “Our people are fully functioning members of the client’s team from day one”, says Michael Bouwens, director at bouwens&. “This contributes to a good atmosphere, and to an efficient workflow. Managing the meeting centre is another way to allow the client to completely focus on their core business by working closely together and becoming part of the client’s organization.”
